A new map for love, support, and receiving

Many sensitive women don’t realize they’re relating to love, support, and success through a very old nervous system map. 

A map that was created when they were too young to know that the level of care they received wasn’t necessarily the level that is available to them now.

When you want more, but a part of you doesn’t feel safe yet

You want more from your life. More love, intimacy, support, more space for your work to grow and be recognized.

But what usually happens somewhere along the way is that the wanting slowly turns into pressure and panic.

Suddenly the same woman who felt inspired a week ago is lying on the couch exhausted, avoiding messages, doubting herself, procrastinating, or wanting to disappear somewhere where she doesn’t have to face life for a while.

Letting Yourself Be Seen by the Right People and Opportunities 

I see so many kind, empathic, ambitious women waiting to be chosen by people who were never truly available for them.

Over time, this teaches their nervous system that love must be earned through patience, being overly understanding, or making themselves smaller.
